Medical Assistant

We are seeking two dedicated Medical Assistants to join our Allergy and Dermatology departments. The positions are primarily located in our Norwalk and Danbury offices, with occasional travel to nearby satellite locations. We offer mileage reimbursement for inter-office travel. This role requires flexibility within the Monday through Friday schedule, with work hours between 7 : 30 AM and 6 : 30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and prepare them for exams and procedures.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Assist nurses and physicians during patient visits.
• Perform patient charting using NEXGEN EMR.
• Clean and prep exam rooms according to infection control protocols.
• Answer patient calls and provide follow-up instructions.
• Support scheduling, referrals, and general clinical operations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $54080.00 / yr.
