Chain Account Coordinator-Mobile
Full-time Position. Responsible for selling in and performing scheduled store sets in all chains and the work associated with the following duties to include but not limited to :
- Work with Key Account Manager to sell in preferred plan-o-gram for Alabama Crown.
- Make certain shelves are set by plan-o-gram.
- Look for opportunities to sell in new items and shelf positions while at resets.
- Add new approved brands to set in flex space.
- Review cold box & sell in new beer & wine brands.
- Make certain all products are properly rotated.
- Check for current vintages & make certain all products are saleable.
- Make certain all tags are hung & pricing is correct.
- Make certain fill in order is written & submitted after reset is complete.
- Responsible for working with Chain Account Managers, Supervisors, and Sales Reps.
- Responsible for learning steps to service
- Become familiar with & get to know set personnel, set captains & Grocery Merchandisers.
- Responsible for learning territory management & new account set up procedures.
- Responsible for learning & selling in all territories & new accounts.
- Responsible for learning to evaluate accounts for opportunities with displays, distribution priorities & cold box placements.
- Responsible for learning to use the Sales Reps computers to input orders & write up your sales for the day.
- Responsible for learning how to run an open sales territory when needed.
- Responsible for merchandising accounts when needed
- Responsible for building relationships with Regional & District Managers.
- Responsible for making sales presentations & looking for new opportunities to grow our business.
- Responsible for continually educating yourself on all commodities that Alabama Crown sells.
- Show professionalism in all areas at all times : Attire, Conduct, Time Management, Relationships, Proper & Thorough Follow up, Sales Presentations / Proposals.
- Attend all sales meetings promptly & with enthusiasm.
- Must have flexible working hours and be willing to work overtime when needed.
- Must wear professional attire.
- Must provide own reliable transportation.
- Must be able to lift heavy objects repeatedly in an organized manner
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- 6 months' previous sales or grocery experience preferred.
- Must be sales-oriented, self-motivated, task-driven, adaptable to change, and good negotiator.
- Must have good people skills, be willing to take direction and accept constructive criticism.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
- Must have good oral and written communication skills.
- Must have working knowledge of basic computer applications (word, outlook, excel...).
- Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, mathematical, organizational and time management skills.
- Must be licensable under guidelines determined by state alcohol regulations.
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to maintain 100 / 300 / 100 insurance limitations.
- Must possess a valid AL Driver's License
- Must have the ability to prioritize and work in a rapidly changing, fast growth environment.
- Background checks (i.e., Police backgrounds, reference checks)

- Motor vehicle record will be pulled to establish employment eligibility :
- Cannot have more than two moving violations and / or at-fault vehicle accidents (any combination) in the past three years (for speed, violations must be under 16mph).
- Cannot have more than one speeding violation of 16-29 mph OR at-fault accident in the past 3 years.
