Position Description

Seeking a Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team. The Senior Accountant will assist the CFO, Controller, and Accounting Manager.

Position Responsibilities

• Verify the accuracy of invoices and facilitate the accounts payable / receivable process.
• Liaise with service providers (fund administrator, audit and tax teams, etc.).
• Assist with quarterly and annual financial statement audits, tax returns, and regulatory / compliance filings.
• Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers, and other transactions for funds and the management company.
• Process and review transactions related to the Funds’ investments and expenses.
• Monitor banking activity and process / review transactions, including wire transfers and line of credit requests.
• Assist with the review of credit card transactions and reconciling items.
• Assist with the preparation of company budgets.
• Maintain organized and thorough accounting documentation.
• Perform other related tasks or projects as assigned.
