Responsibilities :

Evaluate clients' occupational needs and develop personalized treatment plans to address physical, cognitive, and psychological challenges

Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques and strategies to promote rehabilitation and recovery

Implement and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination

Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans

Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices and industry advancements

Requirements :

1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist

Current licensure in the state of Florida (License # : 30212886)

Ability to travel to client homes in Palm Harbor, FL and surrounding areas

Comfort with working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
