Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

6-8 years of experience working within the retail industry specifically in the digital content space

Experience tracking KPIs to develop new strategies and support growth initiatives

Comfortable leading and developing a junior team

Strong understanding of digital touchpoints

Google or Adobe analytics expertise

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Local to Memphis

Familiarity with Jira, CMS, or similar tools

Job Description

A client / employer of Insight Global is searching for a Digital Content Strategy Manager to support their growing E-Commerce department. This person will report onsite in Memphis, Tennessee and work a hybrid schedule. They will be responsible for the planning and execution of digital content strategies to support business initiatives and elevate the customer experience while leading a small team of analysts.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage content strategies for digital platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Oversee engaging digital content to drive traffic and conversions.

Use analytics to optimize content performance and conduct A / B testing.

Collaborate with SEO and SEM teams as well as various teams throughout the department.
