Responsibilities :

Pick, prepare, verify, and process outgoing deliveries

Verify, process, and distribute incoming receipts promptly and accurately

Ensure shipments are properly packaged, labeled, and ready for dispatch

Prepare international and domestic bills of lading and waybills

Process orders through SAP, UPS WorldShip, and FedEx Ship Manager.

Communicate effectively with customer service, purchasing, colleagues, and freight forwarders

Maintain clean, organized shipping / receiving and warehouse areas

Replenish inventory with accuracy, minimizing partial boxes

Safely operate forklifts (Raymond, Counterbalance, Turret) after certification

Assist with cycle counts and other inventory controls

Utilize wireless scanners to track orders

Work independently with minimal supervision

Working hours : 5 : 00 AM - 1 : 30 PM

Skills :

High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required)

1 to 3 years of warehouse / shipping & receiving experience

Education : High School

Experience : 1-4 years

Qualifications :

Forklift experience; certification preferred

SAP experience preferred

Familiarity with UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager is a plus

Excellent communication and time management skills

Detail-oriented and able to work independently
