Flat Welders Wanted In Spokane Valley, Wa

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Flat Welders for projects located in and around Spokane Valley, WA. This is a full-time opportunity with a pay rate of up to $28 / hour based on experience and skill level plus $125 / per diem for travelers of 60+ miles from the job site. If you are a welder and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope :

  • MIG welding with .035 hardwire
  • Material reading & blueprint interpretation
  • Machine setup & adjustments
  • Welder mild steel, stainless steel, and occasionally aluminum according to blueprints
  • Inspect welded parts for accuracy and quality
  • Follow all OSHA and WISHA safety requirements
  • Operate a forklift as needed
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment
  • Communicate machinery or quality issues to management
  • Other tasks as assigned

Requirements :

  • 5+ years of MIG welding experience
  • Ability to read & interpret blueprints
  • Proficient in shop math & problem-solving
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • AWS (Structural Steel) Certification Preferred
  • AWS (Aluminum) Certification Preferred
  • AWS (Stainless Steel) Certification Preferred
  • Experience using shop tools
