We are looking for an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota. This is a hybrid contract position requiring three days in the office each week. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing asset transfer and sale documentation while ensuring data accuracy and supporting fleet operations.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive asset sales transfer tracker to monitor equipment and vehicles available for transfer or sale.
- Collaborate with Transportation Operations Managers to verify asset status, identify surplus equipment, and update records accordingly.
- Prepare documentation for asset transfers and sales, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and approved by the Fleet Asset Manager.
- Input and update transfer data in fleet systems to maintain accurate status and location information.
- Coordinate title and licensing documentation in consultation with internal teams.
- Perform additional fleet asset management tasks as assigned.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and maintain meticulous document accuracy.
- Serve as a liaison between fleet leadership and frontline operations teams to facilitate effective communication.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including filtering, formatting, and formula creation.
- Ability to work independently while following guidance from fleet leadership.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in documentation.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with operations teams and other stakeholders.
- Familiarity with asset management processes and fleet operations.
- Experience in data entry and document preparation.
- Knowledge of licensing and compliance requirements.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
