Job Description
- Document custom adjustments in the system; examples include :
KK Budget load App Engine tweaks
SSN masking on vendor pagePO conversion programSupplier Contracts EnhancementNon-Appropriated ContractsDocument batch processes that are run within the ERP ledgersDocument feeds and integrations with third party systems, such as Anaplan, CRM, UKG, Citi Manager, IBC, E2, Truist, CitiBankDocument batch processes that are run within external systems with data flowing in / out of the ERP.Document network configurations and support required to maintain the system.Provide comprehensive technical documentation that outlines the backend flow of federal and donated transactions to include all workflow configurations.Document system integrations such as :Contributions data file downloads
Credit card payment gatewaysFederal timekeeping and payroll : Interior Business Center, IBC → PSInterfaces to US Treasury, OMB, E2 TravelQualifications
Experience with PeopleSoft v9.2, PeopleTools 8.6 and PUM version 50Experience with the following modules :
Commitment Control LedgereProcurementPurchasingeSupplierSupplier Contract ManagementWorkdays : Monday-FridayMust be a US Citizen or have a Permanent Resident CardDemonstrated excellent customer service skills.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and ExcelStrong communication, presentation, analytical, and technical skills.Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years' of related experience.Must be able to clear a federal background investigation - Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.Additional Information
