job_description.job_card.job_descriptionConduct occupational therapy assessments and reevaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support student goals Address fine motor skills, sensory regulation, self-care, and classroom participation Collaborate with IEP teams, families, educators, and related service providers Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions, progress, and reports Provide consultation and training to staff and caregivers, as needed Active Pennsylvania licensure as an Occupational Therapist Experience with pediatric and / or school-based therapy preferred Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills Familiarity with virtual service delivery platforms is a plus Competitive, bi-weekly compensation Flexible schedules and placement options Direct deposit available Referral program 24 / 7 support from the LETS Therapy team

We are seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to support students across a variety of educational settings. Opportunities include :
- Early Intervention (ages 3-5)
