About the Position :

Since 2008, Right Turn Recruiting (RTR) has been a leader among the sector, serving companies and drivers every day. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an enthusiastic driver recruiter to join our team. Our recruiter must have outstanding verbal communication and a drive to chase their goals. A successful candidate is confident talking to individuals from all walks of life, has a drive to help others and wants to have fun! We are looking for an individual to train in person in our office for their first 90 days and work in their home office.

Responsibilities :

• Screen and interview applicants to fill existing openings for 20+ trucking companies
• Gather and analyze information skillfully to pre-qualify drivers and obtain a complete job application
• Maintain knowledge of each trucking company’s hiring criteria and positions
• Using relevant information and individual judgement to determine whether events or processes comply with laws, regulations or standards
• Provide driver applicants our most current information about.
• Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, pay and specialty and dedicated opportunities
• Prepare and post recruitment materials to various job boards / social media to generate leads
• Assist with incoming recruiter training by completing job shadowing with new recruiters (up to 4 hours a month)
• Contribute to company’s positive and collaborative culture
