Key Responsibilities Craft clear, task-oriented content supporting engineering, QA, UI design, customer support, and external developers Contribute to systems architecture documentation, API references, and UX writing Plan and manage documentation projects with shifting requirements and goals Required Qualifications 3+ years of technical writing experience or a degree in Technical Communication BS / BA degree in English, Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, Technical Writing, or related field Experience with Markdown and GitHub Familiarity with MacOS and standard macOS software Experience editing the work of other writers
