Your Role :

This role is flexible - we're open to shaping it around your strengths and interests. You might focus on being a technical expert , managing complex geotechnical projects and mentoring junior staff, or you may want to step into a management role , leading the department and helping grow our geotechnical presence across the state. No matter the path, you'll play a big part in shaping the future of our geotechnical practice in Nashville.

Depending on your path, responsibilities may include :

• Project Management : Manage geotechnical projects from planning to execution, maintaining quality, schedule, and budget
• Technical Oversight : Providing technical expertise in site characterization, foundation design, slope stability, ground improvement, and related analyses
• Engineering Solutions : Developing and reviewing geotechnical reports, proposals, calculations, and design recommendations
• Client Engagement : Building and maintaining relationships with clients, teaming partners, and internal project teams
• Team Leadership : Mentoring and supporting junior engineers and field staff
• Growth : Supporting business development efforts and helping shape the strategic direction of our geotechnical practice
