Summary
We are currently seeking a Structural Drafter to join our growing team. This role is key in translating structural engineering concepts into precise, detailed drawings that guide construction. The ideal candidate is skilled in computer-aided design (CAD) and / or BIM software, detail-oriented, and experienced in structural drafting across a variety of building types.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Drawing & Drafting
Prepare detailed structural drawings and plans using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software, under the supervision of structural engineers
Assist with 3D modeling of structural systems for coordination and visualization
Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, compliance with company standards, and adherence to applicable codes
Qualifications & Requirements
Associate's degree or technical diploma in drafting, design technology, or a related field
2+ years of experience in structural drafting, preferably in an architectural or engineering firm
Proficiency in AutoCAD and / or Revit; experience with BIM workflows is a plus
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
