Job Title : Document Scanning Operator

Location : Bellevue, WA (On-site)

Pay : $18-$21 / hr / hr DOE + Performance Bonuses

Schedule : Full-time, Contract (Duration may vary from a few months to several years)

Shifts : Monday–Friday 7 : 00 am-3 : 00 pm or 3 : 00 pm-11 : 00 pm

About the Role :

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Document Scanning Operator to join our production team in Bellevue, WA. In this role, you’ll operate high-speed document scanners, follow project procedures, and ensure quality and accuracy for every job.

What You’ll Do :

Read and follow work orders before starting each project

Scan paper documents using high-speed production scanners

Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and adjustments to equipment

Handle documents safely and perform quality checks for image clarity and accuracy

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Work with your team to meet daily production goals

What We’re Looking For :

1+ years of experience in document scanning or a similar production environment (preferred)

Familiarity with production-grade scanners (Kodak, Fujitsu, Canon preferred)

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs regularly

Willingness to pass a basic background check and drug screening

Team-oriented attitude and reliability
