As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will address a wide variety of mental health challenges faced by our diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build strong provider-patient relationships and collaborate with external care providers.
• Conduct screenings and assessments for common mental health and substance use disorders.
• Deliver treatment using various evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy.
• Monitor and track treatment responses, adjusting care as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records (Athena) and clinical documentation, adhering to regulatory standards.

The salary range for this position is $59,500 to $116,600 annually for full-time employment. Compensation is influenced by a variety of factors, including local market conditions, education, experience, and certifications.
