Job Details :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Property Accountant with a strong background in real estate to join our growing team. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment in the Accounting + Finance industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of property accounting for a portfolio of multifamily properties, including apartments and units.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee all accounting activities related to income auditing, expense accounting, and asset management for assigned properties.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for assigned properties.
• Conduct detailed revenue and expense budgeting and forecasting.
• Collaborate with property managers to ensure accurate and timely reporting of property operations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Manage and maintain financial records in Yardi, MRI, and RealPage.
• Participate in the preparation of year-end audit and tax return schedules.
• Review and analyze property and portfolio level operating performance.
• Provide financial information and strategic insights to management to drive business decisions.
