Technology Trainee

Technology Trainee Program :

To accelerate development from Trainee to Scientist in 2 years.

• Trainee program across APAC region, including China, India and Japan within Mobility technology team.
• Build up the talent pipeline and cultivate talents with Axalta DNA.
• Trainings including soft skill, general skill, position skill and business knowledge through two-year job rotation in China, group activities, mentoring, etc.

Objective of Scientist :

Working as customer support scientist in Technology team, to develop and maintain cost-effective, high-quality products for our customers which can be manufactured efficiently in Operations by understanding our formulating practices, customer specifications and test methods, working with Operations to transfer products smoothly into production and following our quality procedures to ensure continuous improvement.
