Overview
This is a hybrid role located in Raleigh, NC with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office. Three days a week in the office. Open to remote in several markets for highly qualified candidate.
This Manager Risk Analytics will be part of the Business Operations team in Modeling and Analytics (M&A) group within the Finance organization in the Bank. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the execution of the ongoing risk rating model development roadmap and related project plan, including identifying, escalating and facilitating strategies to address potential risks before they become project roadblocks. The role will work with Senior Director Business Operations in liaising with the risk rating model implementation team to maintain seamless communication between the two programs leading to successful deployment of the risk rating models. Additionally, the successfully candidate will support Senior Director Business Development in managing the Modeling and Analytics group’s vendor related budget and the related vendor communication.
The role is fast paced, offers broad organizational visibility, and provides the opportunity to gain cross-functional exposure across several key areas of the Bank and will report to Senior Director, Business Operations, Modeling and Analytics (M&A) Group.

Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Risk Management or Analytics in the Financial Services industry, and management role OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Risk Management or Analytics in the Financial Services industry, and management role
