Job Description

• Review, draft, and negotiate supply, purchase, service, transportation, and related agreements for commercial transactions.
• Handle a wide variety of corporate and commercial projects.
• Provide practical legal counsel and solutions to clients on business-related matters.
• Engage in significant client contact and work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

3-5 years of corporate transactional experience (M&A experience is a plus, but not required).

Strong business acumen and ability to quickly grasp business concepts.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Admission to the South Carolina State Bar preferred (other state admissions considered if willing to become licensed in SC).

Eagerness to ask questions, learn, and contribute to a team environment.
