Our Client, an Utility and Energy Generation and Distribution company, is looking for a Senior Payroll Analyst(CTW) for their Portland, OR location.
Responsibilities :
Payroll Processing Oversight - ADP Vantage
- Coordinate and monitor end-to-end payroll activities for both on- and off-cycle runs.
- Ensure timely task execution and provide guidance to junior team members and on-site service coordinators.
Coordinating Data
Collaborate with internal and external partners to manage and reconcile complex payroll inputs, such as multiple union pay calculations and special bonus programs.Consult with various stakeholders on process development and strategies for execution.Issue Resolution & Coaching
Address escalated payroll issues, provide coaching to team members and on-site service coordinators, and maintain up-to-date support documentation and resources.Troubleshoot systematic issues and ensure processes and automations are operating within expectations.Compliance & Reporting
Develop and maintain audit procedures and controls to ensure adherence to tax, wage, and benefit regulations.Assist Manager with Certified Payroll Reporting processes along with 3rd party vendor, assuring weekly reporting is completed accurately, and processes documented.Vendor Oversight
Support the Payroll Manager in managing outsourced services (e.g., garnishments, tax filing).Monitor vendor performance, triaging and documenting issues and escalate trends or issues as needed.Autonomy
