Role : Program Analyst

Location : Kirkland WA - Onsite

Hire Type – Full Time

About the job you’re considering

Seeking a skilled professional with hands-on experience in cellular and modem testing, Android device troubleshooting, and program management. The ideal candidate should be proficient with ADB, Google G-Suite tools, and possess strong analytical skills to triage and analyze complex device issues.

Your role

Support Carrier Team with tracking, documenting, cross functional coordination and driving new features, test and other initiatives.
Maintain and track schedule / progress for various initiatives for mobile devices
Create / update / organize documents and decks for record keeping and sharing with other teams
Bug tracking : Open, track and update issues and feature requests and internally follow up with other teams to closure
Run simple tests to validate new features, flows and document them as needed

Your skills and experience

Cellular and Modem Testing Experience

Solid hands-on experience with program management, device testing

Hands-on experience with android devices

Familiarity with Google G-Suite apps : Sheets, Docs, and Forms.

Good understanding of the industry (Smartphones, smart watches, 3GPP technologies, etc.)

Strong analytical, troubleshooting skills

Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex issues, and proficiency in multitasking

Troubleshooting device issues, triage and high level log analysis would be a plus
