Performance-based raises every 6 months. Company-paid BACB Certification (RBT certification course). Company-paid BLS / CPR certification. Company-paid QBS Safety certification. Integrated Autism Center gives hands-on training to our Behavior Technicians. We will also pay for your 40-hour certification course to become a Registered Behavior Technician.
Job Description :
- In Center Monday - Friday 7 : 45 am-4 : 15 pm.
- Client material creation and preparation.
- Directly Implement Individualized Treatment Plans under the direction of BCBA.
- Incorporate sensory activities into the session (Arts / Crafts / Activities / Games).
- Record client data into the Central Reach program.
- Convert appointments into billing within 24 hrs.
- Write detailed SOAP notes.
- Attend weekly team meetings with BCBA.
- Attend monthly performance goal meetings with the CEO.
- Attend Quarterly in-service training and team bonding activities
- Cleaning duties.
