This dynamic role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the day-to-day experiences of employees and visitors. You’ll be instrumental in creating a positive and efficient atmosphere, playing a key role in everything from guest reception and event coordination to facilities management and supply logistics.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests, clients, and team members.
  • Collaborate with the Physical Security Team on visitor tracking and escort protocols.
  • Manage vendor coordination, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Handle mail, office supplies, and shipping logistics.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to internal service requests.
  • Support the Events Team with internal events and special programming.
  • Contribute to workplace and facilities management, including documentation and optimization.
  • Maintain meeting rooms and collaboration areas, liaising with facilities for upkeep.
  • Oversee office supplies, budgets, and inventory management.
  • Utilize and manage supply ordering systems and related financial transactions.

Must-Have Qualifications :

  • 3-5 years of experience in office administration, workplace coordination, or hospitality.
  • Passion for creating welcoming environments and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Client-centric mindset with outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask with attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience in vendor management and handling facility-related issues.
  • Comfort in a dynamic, non-desk-bound work environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Nice-to-Have Qualifications :

  • Understanding of facilities-related systems and equipment.
  • Experience coordinating diverse events.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.
  • Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to move around the facility, including walking, standing, and climbing stairs.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
  • Ability to stand and sit for extended periods.

    The target hiring compensation range for this role is $15 to $20 / HR. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan.
