We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our team. This position involves working in a hands on environment, learning new skills, and supporting daily production needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with welding and fabrication as directed.
• Properly maintains all tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Operates equipment used in welding operations including welding machine, weld rod, appropriate safety equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
• Read and follow basic instructions or drawings.
• Check work for accuracy and quality.
• Help Dismantle or cut pieces as needed.
• Climbs ladders or works on scaffolding as required.
• Reports any problems promptly to Supervisor.
• Performs additional tasks or projects as assigned.
