About the Role
The Global Upstream Marketing Manager will be responsible for coordinating upstream marketing programs and initiatives for the rapidly evolving CRM product portfolio. The role will partner with product marketing and functional leaders across the franchise to identify patient and physician needs, anticipate market trends, identify new growth opportunities, and apply quantitative insights to portfolio decision making. This role requires a deep understanding of the market, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive product innovation and market adoption. Your responsibilities will include :
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, engineering or related field
Minimum of 5 years' experience in medical device marketing, strategy, or R&D
Preferred Qualifications
Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Comprehensive understanding of medical device upstream marketing
Strong knowledge of cardiac rhythm management products and market dynamics.
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and critical thinking skills.
High competency with quantitative assessment and financial modeling.
Adept at high stakes decision making and prioritization.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cohesively in a cross-functional team environment.
Strength to engage and influence cross-functional colleagues.
Experience with KOL relationship management and facilitation of advisory boards.
Advanced learning agility and ability to communicate complex concepts.
Willingness to work as an individual contributor.
Work Mode : At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our Arden Hills, MN office at least three days per week.

Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
