Raytheon Security Clearance Position

This role will cover areas to include Personnel Security, Physical Security, Contract Security Classification Specification (DD254) processing and Communications Security (COMSEC). The position requires a quick learning and self-motivated candidate who can work independently. You will be required to have strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).

What You Will Do :

  • Provide onsite DoD Collateral Industrial Security support with an emphasis on Document Control.
  • Interface with all levels of Raytheon personnel and government personnel to ensure contract security compliance with the National Industrial Security Operating Manual (NISPOM), Contract Security Classification Specification (DD254) and Department of Defense (DoD) security requirements.
  • Support the Industrial Security team to include security processes and procedures such as occasional back-up support for personnel security, conducting security briefings, fingerprinting, VOCs, personnel database management, and follow-up / correspondence as necessary.
  • Willing to work extended hours, in a fast paced, driven environment
  • Willing to travel on company business

Qualifications You Must Have :

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and less than 2 years relevant experience OR in absence of a degree, 5 years relevant experience.
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued TOP SECRET security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
  • Experience with the requirements of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual and the 32 CFR Part 117
  • Experience with MS Office applications

  • The salary range for this role is $55,000 - $107,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
