Shaka Wear in Los Angeles, CA is looking for one data entry clerk to join our team. We are located on 507-555 E Jefferson Blvd. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and reliable. In this role, you will be responsible for drafting / processing  purchase and manufacturing orders and assist with production data analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Data entry from incoming reports.
  • Creating purchase orders according to product needs.
  • Verifying large amounts of data.
  • Work on or handle special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Accurate typing- 45 WPM / 10 Key by touch
  • MS Word and MS Excel experience required. Must know how to work with macros and formulas like (Vlookup, Index, Match, Sum, etc...).
  • Ability to work overtime / extended hours on the weekends and evenings, based on business need.
  • Positive attitude.
