Job Description

Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure project milestones are met. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain project schedules and quality. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address potential issues. Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and project managers to ensure alignment on project goals. Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and progress reports. Identify and resolve any challenges that arise during the construction process. Ensure all work adheres to the highest quality standards and meets project specifications.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have : proven experience in the property and construction industry, specifically in construction management. Strong leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage teams and projects. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in project management software and tools is preferred. A commitment to delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
