Job Description
Must have hands-on experience with structural underpinning of brownstones, including coordination with engineers and oversight of excavation and shoring in tight urban environments. Manage all on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff to meet project timelines. Monitor project progress and address any delays or challenges effectively. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables. Ensure quality standards are met by conducting regular inspections and addressing deficiencies. Prepare daily reports on site activities, progress, and any issues encountered. Maintain strong communication with clients to provide updates and address concerns. Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution.
