Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, and Manufacturing to align supplier performance with internal quality standards

Support continuous improvement initiatives that increase reliability and reduce delays

Serve as the primary point of contact for all supplier quality-related concerns

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing preferred)

3+ years of supplier quality experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong working knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, and industry quality standards

Experience conducting supplier audits, developing inspection plans, and leading root cause analysis

Excellent communication, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

Aerospace or defense manufacturing experience
