What you'll do :

As an LVN, you’ll be on the front lines of care — delivering hands-on support that matters. From administering medications and performing health assessments to assisting with vaccinations and infection control, your work will directly impact the well-being of the people you serve. You’ll work side-by-side with a dedicated clinical team, following personalized care plans that prioritize dignity, respect, and real outcomes .

Requirements :

• Active Texas LVN license
• 1–2+ years’ nursing experience in direct care, acute care, LTC, or public health preferred
• Experience with tracheostomies, enteral feedings, or similar procedures is a plus
• Must provide : photo ID, CPR (AHA), recent TB / PPD test, COVID-19 card (if applicable)
• Must pass drug screen, state background check, and FBI fingerprinting
