Information Technology Infrastructure Team Leader - Support Office

Position Overview : We are seeking a proactive and experienced IT Infrastructure Team Leader to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our organization's technology infrastructure. This role will lead a team of IT professionals responsible for servers, networks, cloud platforms, storage, security, and end-user support. The ideal candidate is both a hands-on technical expert and a collaborative leader who can ensure stability, scalability, and security of our IT environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Team Leadership & Management

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT infrastructure specialists, system administrators, and network engineers.

Oversee the administration of servers, networks, storage systems, and cloud environments (Azure / AWS / Google Cloud).

Implement and maintain IT security standards, policies, and procedures.

Lead infrastructure projects such as data center upgrades, cloud migrations, and network modernization.

Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met for incident response and issue resolution.

Qualifications :

5+ years in IT infrastructure roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.

Strong leadership and people management skills.
