Senior Retail Operations Advocate

The Senior Retail Operations Advocate will assume, but not be limited to, the following responsibilities :

• Subject matter expert of established Credit Union operational polices, legal and requirement, and audit standards and ensure the retail network is operating within acceptable standard and risk tolerance. Identifies and implements improvement across all branches / dept.
• Ensures operations are conducted in accordance with established Credit Union Polices, legal and regulatory requirements, and audit standards. Provide suggestions for improved effectiveness.
• Review all new membership, Loan applications and file maintenance activities and other related tasks conducted throughout the retail network.
• Conducts branch / dept visits throughout the retail network to ensure operational and security procedures are followed and adhered to.
• Review and identify deficiencies in audit packages to ensure all branch / dept documentation remain in compliance with established procedures.
• Train and develop retail staff in the area of operational policies, procedures and compliance.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures and guidelines to keep within our core purpose.
