Commercial Construction Project Manager

As a Commercial Construction Project Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for coordinating and leading teams of contractors, architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints while meeting quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities include : Project Planning and Coordination, Budget and Cost Management, Schedule Management, Quality Assurance and Safety, Team Leadership and Communication, Risk Management, and Documentation and Reporting.

Qualifications include : a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field, proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, excellent knowledge of construction scheduling and project management software, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented and organized, and understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Work environment typically includes an office setting with regular visits to construction sites, and may require travel to project locations and occasional overtime to meet project deadlines.
