Contract Duration : 6-month contract

Pay Range : $60- $70 / hr. (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)

Job Description

We’re looking for an IT Program Manager. This role is focused on our Enterprise AI Program, where you will manage the evaluation and implementation of new AI tools, support our internal AI products, and help drive AI fluency across the company. You will also play a key role in supporting our Strategic Priorities Framework, ensuring smooth communication, timely updates, and consistent reporting across high-impact initiatives

Required Skills

• Demonstrated experience with the systems or processes in the program area you support.
• A strong understanding of how your programs and projects fit into the larger IT organization.
• Adept at identifying and resolving the root causes of operational and quality issues, incorporating operational excellence into project plans.
• Ability to balance business and customer requirements against team capacity.
• Proven ability to proactively solicit feedback to improve your own work and the work of the team.
• A positive example-setter for the team.
• Actively seek opportunities to understand customer needs and provide suggestions to enhance their experience.
