GovDash is hiring a Field Marketing Manager to run high-impact events and in-market programs across the Washington, DC GovCon ecosystem. This is an execution-first, in-person role where you'll represent GovDash in the community, build relationships, capture content, and help accelerate deals on the ground.

We're looking for someone familiar with the GovCon landscape or able to ramp quickly who thrives as a versatile, Swiss Army knife style operator. You'll flex across events, content, logistics, partner engagement, and cross-functional work with Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing. This role is intentionally broad and built for someone who likes owning outcomes, not just tasks.

Travel to national tradeshows and select regional events is expected.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute meetups, community events, tradeshows, and partner activations.
• Represent GovDash at GovCon associations, networking groups, and ecosystem events.
• Build and maintain relationships with organizers, partners, and industry leaders.
• Own event logistics end-to-end : venues, vendors, budgets, shipping, timelines.
• Capture and edit short-form video content for LinkedIn and field campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with AEs and SDRs on targeting, outreach, and follow-ups.
• Bring back market insights and community feedback to inform GTM strategy.
• Support cross-functional marketing needs (webinars, campaigns, research, content).
