Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Call Center Agent, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This position requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle a variety of customer inquiries effectively.

Responsibilities :

Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally
Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services
Resolve customer complaints and account issues in a timely manner
Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
Provide detailed information about promotions and offers
Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction

Skills Required :

High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred

Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Ability to handle high call volumes and multi-task effectively

Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems
