The Global Workforce Solutions Manager is a strategic enabler of workforce planning execution, responsible for translating firmwide workforce strategy into scalable, repeatable operations that deliver measurable business impact. Reporting to the Workforce Planning Leader, this role connects strategy to execution-leading the implementation of high-visibility initiatives such as the Personal Work Plan (PWP) process, cross-staffing optimization, merger workforce integration, and the enablement of the Workday Adaptive Planning platform. Through disciplined governance, cross-functional collaboration, and process excellence, the Manager ensures that workforce initiatives are executed consistently, data remains reliable, and leadership decisions are supported by timely and accurate insights. This position functions as the functional architect of global workforce strategy, partnering directly with team members across Finance, Talent Attraction, and Resource Management. The role holds both strategic and executional responsibility, owning how workforce processes operate, how decisions are governed, and how workforce planning becomes embedded in the firm's business rhythm.
