We are seeking a dedicated advanced practice provider to join our team in a dynamic, growing Family Medicine Clinic. This role will allow you to work independently while being supported by the organization.

• Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM

COMPENSATION

Total compensation for this position is a combination of a competitive base salary with productivity incentives.
