- Long Term Acute Care facility
- Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Speech-language Pathology - Ccc services at the facility
- Ensures services are provided in accordance with other departments and caregivers

Active Speech-language Pathology - Ccc Licensure / Certification in ArizonaAmerican Heart Association BLSAt least 1-year of experience as a Speech-language Pathology - CccPrior experience in an LTAC is preferredSupplemental Health Care will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable local, state, or federal law. For this type of employment, Kentucky state law requires a criminal record check as a condition of employment.
