As Tax Manager, you will :

Oversee and deliver tax compliance and advisory services for individuals, trusts / estates, and closely held businesses.

Lead and grow the tax team : supervise senior staff and associates, help with staffing, work-review, training and professional development.

Work directly with clients as the Tax Manager to identify tax-saving opportunities, proactive planning strategies, and workflow efficiencies.

Take ownership of tax engagements : planning and executing work, managing deadlines, coordinating with advisors, and ensuring quality control.

Serve as the Tax Manager liaison with other service teams (wealth management, estate planning, etc.) to provide integrated client solutions.

Assist the leadership team with the business-development side of the tax practice : contributing to marketing efforts, building relationships, and helping set the vision for growth of the tax practice.

What we're looking for in the Tax Manager :

Bachelor's in Accounting.

CPA license preferred; 5+ years of tax experience.
