As Business Office Director , you’ll play an essential role in enriching the lives of seniors, creating meaningful connections, and making a difference every single day.

Your Role :

As the Business Office Director , your role includes overseeing the financial, billing, payroll, and human resources functions of the community. You will manage the business office staff, maintain compliance and accuracy in all processes, and provide exceptional service to residents, families, and team members. You will be responsible for managing the concierge team which includes a team of 6 members (FT, PT, PRN).

Position Highlights :

• Title : Business Office Director
• Classification : Exempt – Salaried
• Wage Range : $68,000–$72,000 (Bi-weekly pay schedule)
• Hours & Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. (flexible start based on commute); participates in Manager on Duty rotation for Saturdays – approximately one Saturday every 7 weeks
• Travel Requirement : None – on-site only
