Your Role :

As a Certified HHA or PCA , you will provide direct care and support to residents in our Assisted Living Facility, promoting independence, comfort, and quality of life.

HHA & PCA Key Responsibilities :

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)

Help with dressing, bathing, hygiene, and mobility

Provide medication assistance as needed

Perform light housekeeping tasks

Monitor and document changes in residents' condition

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided

Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality resident care

Complete other duties as assigned by the Site Administrator

Requirements :

Valid New York State HHA or PCA Certification required at time of hire

Preferred Qualifications :

Weekend and holiday availability required

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly

Ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs

Physical ability to perform essential job duties (reasonable accommodations considered)
