Receptionist / SPIFF Coordinator

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or sales support role.
• Experience with incentive program coordination or basic sales performance tracking is a plus.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic data reporting tools.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
