Qualifications :

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Virginia

Minimum 1 year of recent home health experience (Medicare / Medicaid / Private Insurance)

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Familiarity with OASIS documentation and EMR charting

Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team

Compassionate, patient-focused, and dependable

Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
