Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a major Electronic Medical Record (EMR) transition from Meditech to Cerner at a specialty surgical facility. This role requires someone who can dive into the details while maintaining strategic oversight, ensuring a seamless clinical and financial implementation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee full EMR migration from Meditech to Cerner, including clinical and revenue cycle components.
• Manage current state and future state assessments, ensuring accurate data transfer and system tailoring.
• Drive project timelines, beginning build phases in January, and ensure readiness for go-live.
• Lead and mentor project teams, instilling confidence and accountability.
• Coordinate with Oracle (Cerner's parent company) and leverage relationships to resolve issues quickly.
• Run calls, manage stakeholders, and maintain strong communication across all levels.
• Handle multiple implementations (up to 2 at a time) with potential for 814 total projects.
