STORE Capital Advisors, LLC is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join our team!
How you will contribute to STORE’s mission
The Treasury Analyst serves as an integral part of the Accounting and Finance team, responsible for cash management, treasury accounting, and account analysis. This role ensures the accurate and timely execution of all incoming and outgoing banking transactions and supports forecasting of cash needs to maintain optimal liquidity and operational efficiency. This role reports to the Treasury Accounting Manager.
What will make you successful (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
- 2–5 years of treasury or related accounting experience; real estate experience is a plus
- CPA or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is a plus
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, including advanced Excel skills; experience with Oracle Cloud Financials preferred
- Ability to review and improve current processes for efficiency and automation
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of work products
- Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
- Demonstrates the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to work independently
- Proven accuracy and attention to detail
What most days will include (Primary Duties)
Prepare and manage the daily cash projection, including the preparation of cash and other account reconciliations ensuring adequate liquidity for all scheduled cash transactionsReview wire payment requests, referring to supporting documentation and appropriate authorizationSet up wire payments within the banking system, monitor bank account activity and communicate with various departments regarding the completion of requested wiresPrepare and record cash, debt and equity transactions within the accounting system in accordance with the company’s established accounting policies and proceduresPrepare quarterly debt compliance calculations in accordance with respective loan agreements for review and authorization by accounting leadershipPerform ad hoc account analyses and support the Treasury team during new debt offerings or other significant transactionsWork closely with the real estate accounting team to effectively plan and execute wires in connection with real estate transactionsWhat’s in STORE for you (Benefits & Perks)
