Position Overview

AMPERA is seeking an experienced and creative Marketing & Communications Lead to drive brand awareness, strategic communications, and digital engagement across the company’s expanding portfolio of advanced energy technologies. This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing corporate communications, and supporting executive and investor relations initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, storytelling, and technical curiosity — capable of translating complex nuclear and engineering concepts into compelling narratives that inspire global audiences, investors, and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AMPERA’s integrated marketing and communications strategy across digital, social, and traditional channels.
• Lead brand positioning and content creation for web, press, events, and media engagements.
• Manage the company’s online presence — including website, social media, newsletters, and video campaigns.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to produce technical stories, case studies, and visual assets that highlight AMPERA’s innovation.
• Oversee investor and stakeholder communications, including presentations, reports, and public updates.
• Coordinate PR initiatives, press releases, and media relations with global outlets and industry organizations.
• Plan and execute trade show strategies, event branding, and launch campaigns.
• Monitor analytics and performance metrics to evaluate campaign success and inform future strategies.
• Manage marketing vendors, creative partners, and production timelines.
• Support internal communications, fostering alignment and engagement across teams.

Qualifications

• B.A. or M.A. in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.

7+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand management — preferably in energy, defense, or technology sectors.

• Proven ability to craft high-impact messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with content creation, digital advertising, SEO, and analytics tools .
• Familiarity with B2B and investor-facing communication strategies .
• Strong leadership, organization, and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with attention to detail.
• Experience working in high-growth or mission-driven companies is a plus.
