Job Description

As an Supplier Care Specialist (SCS), you will be responsible for providing an exceptional working experience for Independent Contractors and Secondary Suppliers during their assignments with Populus Group. If you're someone who thrives working in ambiguity and loves problem solving - this is your role! You'll be leaning into your discernment in this role, operating heavily within the "gray" space regarding questions or escalations. The focus of this role is customer service (helping small businesses), and partnering with our onboarding and billing specialist teams. You will thrive if you are detailed oriented, enjoy problem solving, and can be firm but compassionate.

Responsibilities

  • Build meaningful relationships to provide a positive working experience with Populus Group for independent contractors and secondary suppliers after onboarding is completed.
  • Communicate with onboarded contractors as needed in regard to their active assignments and help find solutions to contractor inquiries including but not limited to invoicing, termination / off-boarding, change orders / contract changes, and audits.
  • Coordinate with onboarding and Vendor Billing Services team to execute change orders, contract changes, extensions, and off-boarding for contractors.
  • Assist with data entry and maintenance for onboards in various software tools.
  • Ensure compliance by checking up on expiring documentation for all contractors and coordinate re-vettings with onboarding partners.
  • Coordinate with internal partners to facilitate customer and internal audits.
  • Make routine welcome, service, and maintenance calls to suppliers.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects.
  • Stay up to date on guidelines and laws tied to independent contractor recommendations.
  • Maintain Standard Operating Procedures regularly.

    External Hourly Base Compensation : $20.00 - $20.50

    Bonus eligibility up to $4,000
